However, the real secret is founder and owner Laura Quest's passion project.

Connected to Quest Stables by a tree-lined path that seems to be set in perpetual Autumn, Maple Hollow is a small property dedicated to the conservation and promotion of the rare Newfoundland Pony, and aims to help bring the breed into the spotlight and out of endangerment.
